what is the best site (including ebay) for webhosting including Shel (SSH) but it cant cost toooooooo much because 1 pound = 2 swiss Francs :P

I have asked here because i am not good with finding these type of deals:D

It would vary on what extension you would wan't... i.e ; .net ; .com etc..
