NCAA Rulebook, Rule 9, Section 3, Article 2 b: "The runner shall not grasp a teammate; and no other player of his team shall grasp, push, lift or charge into him to assist him in forward progress."

Couldn't agree more myself, when I play rugby for school team I just like hurting people, puncing them in the scrum is always a favourate. ;)

Nahh, football is way better, though it originated from something else than rugby.
