Owen i think it's pretty good, maybe darken the blue a bit and then i think it would be awesome.

Well its pretty much the same as XE's layout and youve just ruined it with adding too bright colours
Be creative and make yor own and use more nutral colours

For me its took dark, bland and horrible inmy opinion.

For colours, maybe lighter blue.
