Which is the best free forum I can host? I can buy the full IPB but would prefer to have a free one. For example:

PhpBB
XMB
SimpleMachines
YaBB

Or any others you can reccomend.

Full ipb would be best but free wize, ive never used XMB or YaBB so cant comment on that.
The currant phpbb versiuon im not particaly fond of.
Smf is very nice, athogh is a little disorting to naviagtn being so new, also its skining systems are way behind most boards, but as its in active devopment it will be imrpoving constantly "/

xmb is very good ...my friend uses it.
If your going to pay then obviously you will get better standards.
