Oh and I went on the BMI website and it says i'm underweight for my height. :s I don't have any idea how they worked that one out.

One word > No.

It could just be muscle m'dear, as it weighs more than fat. You seem quite light considering your height. Take your BMI if you're worried, but considering I'm roughly the same it should be classed as "healthy weight".

I be 15, 5"6 and 9.5 stone.

Okay, thanks fingerboots. ;o Just don't like to tell my mates my weight 'cause before one of them said. ''Anyone that's 9 stone or above at our age isn't healthy'' I couldn't really say anything back because then they'd know i'm around that weight. ;o
I'm nearly 15 btw.. xD Hehe lmao.

:P Well they don't know what a healthy weight is, to put it straight.

Actually, for 15, I'd say anything under 8 is more along the unhealthy lines. ;S

Clo

Waight is hight and build dependtant, very little to do with age "/
Im 6"2 and 9 stone almost exsactly (Wich is slighly underweight) but its been rougly that for a few years now, tall people oviosly way more than small people.
Plus waight isnt realy that related to if your fat or not, since as has i think been said, mustle ways more than fat "/

It happens when your growth spurt slows down. Happens to everyone. As long as you feel healthy, dont worry about it.

You know what I noticed a few days ago? Worrying and trying real hard to lose weight makes you gain weight. Stress makes you gain, and trying to lose weight makes you stressful. What a horrible cycle.

If it was you who made that exercise thread, I think you know how to keep fit and healthy. Its nothing to be ashamed of being 1 stone heavier than you friends, and you dont want to have a skinny belly - trust me, its better to be normal, nobody is the PERFECT weight for their age. My sister is 14 and shes 7 stone, and shes TOO LIGHT! So I personally think you're the perfect weight, and height for your age and theres nothing to be worried about, as long as you keep doing enough exercise and eating healthily.

Remember, nearly everyone will put on weight as they grow up, especially for girls (stomach, hips and bum) because it is getting you ready for mothering, pregnancy etc.
