Guys do u ever get a sharp pain in the hert

It really herts i knew someone but they didnt die But i get pain do you know what i should do they think i should lay of the junk food

ur eating ur food to quickly. its not ur heart its ur gullet there isnt enuf room to get the food thru so its a warning sign really.
