What's up with these Moderator accounts.

They were used before during peak times (I think). There were times when "Moderator" was online, alongside one of the numbered MODs.

Well we usually have 2 MODs online at all times, before when Moderators didnt have their own MOD- name, they had multiple Moderator accounts so that different staff could use them.

You're such a know-it-all. 1st of all, they were used, not 'were going to' and not all 7 passwords are the same, not a single one is the same.

I'll explain, back before ''MOD-'' we had Moderator-2 etc.. which where used, instead of Moderators using their ordinary accounts, e.g Lincognito, she would use Lincognito as her ''chill'' account and Moderator-2 as her work account, all Moderators where allocated an account until the new ''MOD-'' system was released.
