YEah You gotta be VIP
Then click User CP
Then profile i think then change it there

I saw a newbie that had written something above her rank, it said that she returned all reps here I'll get the picture now..

When you are Habbox VIP, you can choose to show your forum rank instead of "Habbox VIP".

When somebody who isn't vip has a custom usertitle, this is probably because they used to be vip and it has ran out. After vip runs out the usertitle doesn't automatically change back.

Well, you can choose to show your rank instead of "Habbox VIP" when you are Habbox VIP ?

Yeah, and some people do and some don't. That person was one example of a person who didn't xD
