Rupsie i feel sorry for you, diets do not work i am telling you this now don’t make any mistakes.... look the best way of loosing weight is to exercise load and load... wonder how people get fat eating too much and the most important is eating fast this is a fact and i have asked many physiologists.

Dieting can make you lose weight, I have no idea how, but my mum went to a slimming club and lost 2 stone and didn't do any extra exercise.

Have some cornflakes for breakfast if your rushing, it is so important to eat breakfast, it kick starts your metabolism.

I'll write a little plan so you erm..get an idea!

Breakfast - Marmite on toast. (No butter). Have a maximum of a teaspoon of fats/oil a day.

Lunch - Chop up some fruit and have it with some low-fat yogurt.

Dinner - *Don't eat after 6pm*, boil some pasta, and stir a spoonfull of low-fat mayonaise into some tuna.

Another tip is, when you crave for a snack, brush your teeth, I read that in my magazine. :D
Or..just pull up your shirt, look at your belly, and think 'do I really need it?', people often snack for comfort, so try and persuade yourself not to!
Or just grab for a peice of fruit!

Congratulationson finally doing it, and good luck.

Well, it depends what diet your going on. My sisters friend is on a diet and shes 10 years old. And it's getting her somewhere.. but the wrong somewhere.. shes getting really skinny and it looks like shes starving herself.
You really dont need to go onto a diet, just stick onto healthy foods, thats actually better than a diet.
Hope i can help :)
