no a scrolling blog you know the ones that are small and you can put img codes into them

no I tihkn he means when you edit the colours of a scroll bar how do you use images instead of colurs.. well the answer is you cant.

i think he actually means you no like the boxes where you type a comment in but with a code in i dno lol
