Umm, Wizzkid28 is right, Thats the best way to make money using your skills, get to 85 fletching (or even 70) then get 55 mage, and alch yew longs or mage longs.. Or you could train up abit and do some pking? :P

descently to make a descent amount of cash you need 70 fletch :o

Merchanting is the best way for sure, i found that u can buy dragon bones for lower and sell for higher fairly easily, same with hides.
