I would call any of the **** things like free webs puke out a website. if you want a website, learn html and make one, dont just jam some poor contnet on top of a still **** site made by somewhere like freewebs.com
As thats not making a site thats jaming content on one "/ Its like useing a template only the templates realy ****, and u have **** slow hosting and a genraly poor service "/

You cant make good site with them hosts. Its best to get a free host like X10hosting and download a free layout of the web or get a layout from X10hosting. Your site would look much better and do what Mentor said learn html because there's loads of free places to help you learn html.

I would use any of them hosts, i think they would give Bad habits (Cant spell today :p)
