Well because you did pay for vbulletin, go to extremepixels.com they have some of the best templates you can get on the net, it only cost 30$ but its really worth it ^_^. You did buy Vbulletin right? lol

Also you can make them on vbulletin admincp

I think its Styles & skins (something like that)
make a new template... then find the option "edit css" on the list bar...
