Look i am a Webmaster Its <iframe name="main" src="Link Page" frameborder="0" width="100%" height="100%"></iframe>
thats for a Main Iframe Like for a Content iframe and for a Sub Iframe the code is <iframe src="Link the page" target="main"></iframe> Hope this Helped :D

Ok, in firefox one of them would work at least, but 100% attribute dosnt work in IE, and if you dont set a hight and wdith like in your sub ifraim code it would be complty invisable "/
Aslos between the <ifraim> tags is where you would put your no frame code, for if it was not working correctly, the name is important as thats how u would target an ifraim to make it change the page loaded within it, and target is not an attribute in the ifraim code like in your second exsample again, its name u would need, and you coulnt have the same name for more than one ifraim if you wanted it to work "/
the target atribute shoudl go in the a href links or form tagerts or what ever "/

i frame for cutenews would be <iframe src="http://yoursite.com/cutenews/shownews.php" height="50" width="100" tittle="iframe1" scroll="auto"></iframe>
