To Help or Not to Help, does Habbo want our advice, or want to help us at all?
That is the questions. Habbo is always asking us for advice; surveys, ideas, newsletter articles.
"Just use our sparkling new Habbo Help Tool...or take part in our NEW poll..."
Yet are we really positive that Habbo wants all our advice at all?
I'm going to give two sides of the story here, sure, we get surveys all the time, and yes, Habbo appears to act on the most popular choices, even if it's usually the popular MULTIPULE CHOICE questions, taking little or no heed to our written advice.
Have any of you submitted ideas? We can't blame an autoreply email saying "thanks" and all that, rather than a personal email, but do Habbo even take ideas into account? Do they even give rewards if they are published?Take this example for instance. A while ago, I posted an email for "I've got an idea" saying that more Habbo Club room layouts should be added. When version 8 came out, the layouts were there, all right, but did anyone who suggested room layouts get the promised 50 credits?I know I didn't. :@
Have you used the Habbo Help Tool lately. I find it pretty hard, because there are two "I can't check into the hotel" lists, and nothing else useful. No one can submit articles, no one can give feedback - at all! And to top it off, has anyone tried using the 'other' help request? After going through the Habbo Help Tool process, we get an email saying "reply with your query!" [/COLOR[COLOR="PaleGreen"]]Doesn't that seem a bit unfair? Not to mention getting a reply at all to ANY email is common as well.
Help is rarely given by the customer service; either they don't reply, or you get an automated response that doesn't answer your question at all, sometimes way off topic! :s
All I can say is; what will the future bring for the Help Tool? More automated responses and no replies? Let's just pray they fix this, back to the way it used to be. :eusa_pray
