title ses it all as i cant do anything like that please help ur gonna have to explain how it works aswell dont have a clue bout that either

Its very easy. Go to ftp://yoursite.co.uk then click file login then drag n drop the cutenews folder in to public_html:) then go 2 www.yoursite.co.uk/cutenews

One thing for cutenews u need 2 use php so if u use a free host it may not work

because piczo is easy and free and theres people like matty who help instead of offend and btw i aint gonna pay for a hoster who offended me

x10hosting.com its free and it can be upgraded to 2.5gb space. I wouldnt use piczo is rubbish and its just as bad as freewebs. all you have to do is make a simple layout in something like frontpage and upload it to a host like x10hosting and your site will be much better and you can have cutenews.
