Majestic - 4.7 - Down - I disagree with the current habbox value of the majestic because I struggled to sell my majestic for 5CS. In the end, I managed to get 4Hcs and an Oil Lamp. No one offers 5CS any more as more people are inheriting a majestic from habbo club.
Aloe vera - 2.7 - Down - I have yet seen an aloe vera sell for 3CS. I usually see people sell 2 aloe veras for 5.5 but even then, they find it difficult to sell.
Dragons - 1.2 - Up - I have seen countless times people insist that the buyer of a dragon adds a couple of normals as many people are trying to collect this rare.
Black Monolith - 1.3 - Down - The new rare which has been released has surprisingly not gone down to 0.5 like most other rares do when they have been released. At the moment, many habbos are trying to sell their monoliths for 1.5 but are not succeeding. Many habbos offer 1CS instead. So in the middle of these two values means the monolith should be worth 1.3
