Nelly, why don't you try and look it up yourself once, use either;

www.Htmlgoodies.com in the CSS ( Cascading Stylesheets ) departments

No need for CSS really
Just use a small line of HTML

A easy way!!! In dreamweaver, click Page Properties in design view and then click the links tab, and choose all the colors u want
