lolol....i know someone (wont say any names) who does that pass scam and makes like 500k (give or take a 100k - 200k) a day and they havent been banned yet...

They ushally dont do any thing about scammers one of my old friends scammed me i reported they did nothing:@

They don't even look through evidence, they see proof that he is trying to steal a pass they will ban him no questions really, they donno what scamming is, he got banned for asking for A pass, never says it's an RS pass tho does it? And asking for a pass isn't scamming it's asking, scamming is tricking someone into giving you there pass
