If your goin Pking with it, theres like no one in members wildy lower than 40, and no. Train to atleast 50 range then buy. You can get 70 range at lvl 49 if you keep 1def 1 pray.

Yep, you can get him to like lvl 80 ranging at the fire giants (maybe some good drops) and go pking outside the mage arena with rune arrows and own x]

Dont lever pk till your 90-100+ with 85 + Range, Mage, Def, Attack and str.
