I've never met Chivo but he always has atleast 2 of his rooms on the 'pops' list everyday, He's provided rooms for Habbos that are at there earlier stages of trading, basically, rooms for newbies to trade in.
I don't really keep up date to all the going ons in Habbo, but Chivo is the only one I've really heard of.

In a way I'm glad chivo won, as he's the only one I have on console that I haven't received a message from every 2 minutes asking me to vote for him -- He's won the fair way, where people vote for him because he deserves it, rather than because hes asked, or tried bribing. (As some of that went on in the competition too).
