I'm just finished my second ever layout (I learnt how to code today) and it's for my website in progress HabPlus, and I'd like some constructive criticism on it.

It's a mixture of HTML, Iframes, tables and CSS, and I think it's personally effective, as it looks and works well.

I don't really like the "Navigation" text.
It looks kinda messed up if you look closely.

But overall, good layout!

yer.. the font doesnt look very good.. and the background doesnt go together in a pattern..

Make where there is a petal patch background on the images for the navigation and stuff transparent, so it fits in with the other pattern.
