Throne Sofa :- People are very suprised at people asking for about 4.5 for there t-sofa , they say people are wanting these alot now and i have been watching people sell them, some go for 4 hc sofas and some go for 4-4.5 , so i guess its slowly increasing.

Throne :- Easily should go to 19.5, people are not taking 19 now as the thrones have become very popular.

Thanks for your report. It seems pretty accurate. I agree with both your values. Maybe next time you could inform us of how many times the item of furni has been traded at the price you give. And Maybe give more values in one report?
