Ok, if you host your own shoutcast server on your comp, and have a dialup connection with a dynamic ip [Not the same everytime] Its a nuisance having to change the ip of the radio player, so:

1.
First go to http://www.no-ip.com and register an account.
2. Download No-Ip Free and install it.
3.Log in to your account at no-ip.com.
4.On the navigation, click the Hosts / Directs button then click "Add"
5.Choose a hostname and the subdomain [Anything you like] eg ratd
6.Make sure the host type is DNS Host (A) Minimize the window
7. Go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ and get your Ip [ If there is a extra IP below that saying that there was a proxy detected, go to point 8. If not go to point 9.
8.The No-Ip only picks up ip's from internet explorer, so open internet explorer - If not already open - And go Tools->Internet Options->Connections tab->Click the connection you use and then click settings->Uncheck the Proxy server checkbox.
9.Now, back to the No-Ip.com new host form, enter the top ip you got from whatismyip.com to the Ip Address Box. Leave the mail options blank.
10.Click create host.
11. Now, disconnect from the internet, then reconnect. Open the No-Ip Free program and log in. You will see the host you created come up. Check the box. It should update.
12.Your done, open up winamp with shoutcast plugin and put for the address eg thenewhost.redirectme.net [ Mines is ratd.redirectme.net]

Any problems please reply

Not if you really wanna use it on a site - one your not always connected and too your connection speed will seriously limit the quality. That means whenever your PC is offline, you get get annoying PHP errors.

Its worked for me fine, since pretty much only my friends listen to it, and there is hardly any buffering, about once per 5 minutes. Plus, i asked for your problems with this, not laugh at the guy with dialup.

@Crana - Go to http://www.shoutcast.com and go to the downloads section and click "Be a server" and download the download shown. Once you have done that read about the servers on the Documentations page.

@NintendoNews - Dont start talking about online radios if you cant even put the player on the tutorials page on your site
And plus, you dont need php to run a radio
