Everyone in the area calls him "mad Bob" because he has bricks in his house and throws them out of the house at troublemakers. On the halloween in question, we were walking towards bob's house, when a load of other kids come running our way saying that the police were coming and mad bob was chasing everyone. we had to turn back too.
