I do have to admit.. I couldn't do better myself.
But it is kinda shabby.

But I do like the little card the man is holding... :)
Plus, Some constructive criticism, you could put CASH
or something at the top, or ATM :)
I also suggest making the screen say something and the buttons a bit clearer, but thats all :)

I'd give it 3/10. You need to shade it cos it looks like it was done on paint with a thick paintbrush!
