There wont be a 'rare' drop . Jagex said there will be no more holiday tradable drops. There might be a NPC drop where a NPC will give you a little something, like Santas yo-yos and the Easter Bunnys rubber chickens..

I was hoping for like grim reaper robes and a hood because theres already a scythe, it would look cool :D

I'm sure Kyle or Dan has already told you but they don't do holiday drops anymore. If they add anything a NPC will more than probably give it out, but by the looks of it this morning they're not adding one. Oh and they where never dropped by killing a monster, that's just a rumour.
