I know some good hosts:

www.5gigs.com (sign ups won't be long to open, read the forum for more info)

www.zeeblo.com (sign upto the forum and click Hosting Application once signed up)

Ok, so 5Gigs comes with 5gigabyte bandwidt, duh! and cPanel not sure *** much space but webmail ect, all cPanel general features, supports PHP ect and if u have no domain, www.uresitename.5gigs.com subdomain.

Zeeblo has Fantastico, unlimited databases, unlimited webmail things, everythings unlimited basically, lol. Your site needs to be up within 2 weeks of registering with them, same with 5gigs.
