The Flu

I have the flu really bad. Has anyone any remidies which can help me recover quicker. I'm sick of runny noses and a red nose. :@

Basically blow it all out. Apparently, putting this minty cream (I think it is called Vick) into a bowl of boiling water and butting a towel around you head while breathing it in through the nose actually works. If you can't breathe then sitting/standing with your head over the bowl will clean it.

Yes, I always use that remedie for my colds. I don't know if your supposed to keep blowing your nose constantly, it makes your glands in your nose swell up more causing your nose to go red. When you feel like you need to blow it, do.

I go doctors when i get the flu its so much easier to just get antibiotics , and i've had the flu jab this year so i wont get it as bad :rolleyes:

Umm Actifed is good, it unblocks runny noses and stops flu and stuff, or if you're a bit younger try FluKit =D You can get them without prescriptions from any pharmacy, and for your nose, there is a spray called Otrivin I always use, works in 2 minutes and unblocks for up to 10 hours.
