Need help with something On Microsoft Front Page

I've got all my frames and content and stuff inside the frames but i can't get the HTML code for all of it together. If theres no way of getting the HTML code for all, how do i get my content, navigation and banner in the frame manualy?

By the way, im a noob at HTML...
