Yep it's the same hotel, they've just changed it from .com to .co.uk :)

The reason Habbo.com has now chaged to Habbo.co.uk is because .com is the new American Habbo Hotel coming out September 2nd (taken from habbox habbo international news section) and original habbo.com is ment to be set in England so it makes sense rather than Sulake making a brand new habbbo under the name www.habbohotel.us that would not make sense Below is a picture of the hotel.
