You can call me a scammer or w.e you like but as it is my creation i am looking for highest bidder and is my decision..
I have sold Lot's of my rooms like this the highest profit achived was 18hc when i got a throne for a room designd worth 2hc.
I know many people may attempt to copy this room but this is seen to be the first design like it so it is the original. unlike the copies that may be made.
