Banning ross IP was totally out of order he did not be offensive to any staff members or w/e. your being harsh.
Me and him got a warning for spamming when the main spammers didn't and other people go and spam and its fine.
You way too harsh on a lot of people, No wonder we're all leaving and i'll probs be next. :l

If you see other people breaking the rules, simply use the Report Bad Post button. And if you think nobody is listening you can contact a Manager about it.

Cassie one word- pointless :) I talked with Ross yesterday about it, don't worry and Sierk you know that PMing managers won't help, a lot of them are pretty busy or they just seem to ignore you.

And yeah i agree with that last bit,
Me n ross got warned for spamming just cos we put "i am cassie" "i am ross" On a post? when a lot of people spam a lot more than us but if we make one single spam post we have our post count set back to 0 and froze, then if we it it againn we get perm ip banned. Its harsh "/ And then another spammer who i shall not mention goes and gets asked to keep an eye on our posts!

I personally think bannings are getting harsh but yep you can't disagree with the ''bossses'' :rolleyes: I know super mod guide and I know which rule breaks deserves perm ban, caution, temp ban and half of the rule breaks according to the super mod guide that Sierk uploaded in Dave's post [he knows where] say that almost none of those persons should be banned perm but meh.


Sierk and a lot of others perfectly well know that Ross and you aren't the ''big'' spammers on hxf, there's so many people worse then you two.

Something irrelevant, unconstructive, inappropriate or pointless. If it's a question relating to their department then i'm sure they would be happy to deal with it.
