I asked tha habbox rare valuer if decks are going up, he said they could rise in the near future, see ask the habbox rare valuers for PROOF!

nobody knows what rare/super rare will go up because they only report to what other people in the hotel say, they dont make the values, get your facts straight.

But if we do get reports from staff and you of course who post in the "Report Rare Values" Forum.

We Report on trades that we have seen and not because it hasnt been updated for a few weeks.
