Ok i have a problem.

I have reaaally bad constipation aswell. Im too embarrassed to see a docter. What do i do?

When you ask parents about this it can be really embarrassing. - I know dont worry. Depending how old you are and i'm not going ask, you can maybe go to the doctors by yourself. You can ask for a female or male doctor if you want a certain one. Erm - are you a girl or boy? Because if your a girl (sorry if your a boy) periods can often make your body like that.

I think that you should go to see a doctor. They will be able to give you a treatment for your problem. Also i bet the doctor has seen hundreds of people with your problem already before. If you feel to embarrased you could try going to your local pharmacist or chemist and they may be able to give you something. You could maybe try doing some research of your problem by using the internet, local libaries and maybe even picking up some leaflets.

Obviously you don't need to do that ;) but I highly advise you to see a doctor, its a normal page in there job, don't worry.
