hey people , how doya get party hate .. i mean .. WHERE! i don't see them anywhere and i rarely see them on peoples heads... They are my favourite item and i've always wanted one :D and i am level 69 and don't have one .. where do they come from ?

Christmas Crackers were dropped on Christmas 2001. Inside was a random colored party hat and another random item out of the game. To get the items out, you had to use it on another player. One player got the party hat, the other player got the item. Since everyone popped theirs opened, only some remained unopened.

i saw a white party hat sold on ebay for £400.00
