Godfather 1,2 or 3?

Which Godfather do you prefer? It has to be the first for me. The second was ok, but the third was dumb. Stupidest plot ever.

out of the films i would definitly say 1...but my dad recorded the tv series when it was on (besically just all three films with a lot more extra scenes)...and i just watch that instead now...

i love the scene where michael makes the decision to kill the police chief in revenge for his dad..

and agree with u on 3...maybe not dumb..but not as good as the other 2
