[Alteration] Silver HC Badge [Archive]

Right be nice to me...
I had the idea that since gold hcs are getting common, habbos who have been hc for one year should get a silver badge, 2 years get a gold and 3 get a platinum.

Never done any alts oor recolourings before!

hmm, maybe that should be for 2 years, because 1 year is gold :) and it looks nice maybe add some sparkling stuff?
