kk ive got vB 3.5.1 and 3.5.0 well 3.5.0 is my brothers

but on 3.5.1 i dont know how to set rep power up

Vbulletin Options > Reputation Options

My friend has 3.5.1. Go to admin cp, then vbulletin options, then user reputation options, then make sure the "Enable User Reputation System" is set to yes. Then, you can customize it by scrolling down below.
