AHHH My Flipping Wrist!!!! I tried to do the worm but it went wrong!

The Pain! THE PAIN! It really hurts. I sprank my wrist before but ahhh!

Also today I have:

Tripped down the stairs.
Fell out of bed.
Stepped in butter so it went right up my trouser leg.
Burnt my finger in Home Ec.

Its not been a good day!
