www.shoutcast.com if taht dosnt work look for it on www.winamp.com Do a serch on ask jeeves or google etc to see how it is done, impetuosu really isnt that good;.

Firstly shoutcast is the Server (Holds 10 people max unless you pay for more, you can hold more depending on your connection)

Winamp Is like mediaplayer but suits best for online radio...

If you want more then 10 people you will need a fast connection i can hold 15 before it starts bit laggy... So if you want more people you got to pay.
