Hi all,
Im new to the fourm and only really joineed to help with rare values as I use the site as a guide so often. If this is not allowed Iam sorry I do not wish in anyway to cause trouble.
Anyho, Im just posting some predictions on and weather they will raise or drop :) (THIS IS PERSONAL OPINION)
Throne:
Ahh the throne, I think that this one will rise for a while longer as they are one of the most popular items in habbo at this time and recovering well from the catalouge scare. I also base this on rare reports I have read.
Full Parasol Set:
The full para set is a difficult one to judge for me, I have seen many people in trade rooms trying to rid of them for the tag of 6hc (as on the guide), but are not selling too well. Overall I think that the para set will stay around the 6 hc mark for the forseeable future.
Silver Bird Bath:
Im not so familiar with this one, but have seen very few around in trade rooms and indeed even shops. For that reason I belive that they will raise slightly, but as I say Im not familiar with it so feel free to correct me with this one.
Majestic Chair:
A pretty popular item we have here, therefore I have few doubts that it will loose value and if anything raise a little. I also say this because some of the rare reports suggest that people are offering a few norms with the trades.
Bronze Nelly:
Seen a few about in trades, although I have not seen many in the rare reports, because it seems hard to get I think people will bump the value a bit for it, but low demand will mean that prices may stay the same.
Green Bird Bath:
Just like the silver one, I dont know it very well, I have seen more of these around than the silver one, but not by many. I havent seen this reported much in reports either. Therefore the prediction is it will stay around the value it is. Again correct me if I'm wrong.
Orange Parasol
Not the most popular parasol out of the lot, it seems people are buying the cheaper paras more and so it is effecting this one rather bad. I say this through looking at shops, trade rooms and a few rare reports. I think these paras will go down slightly and then hold value for a while.
Throne Sofa:
Another popular item, I have seen people adding some good norms to trades for this and because of the slight demand people are having to try and out buy the others in some cases, but people arent going mad for it. The rare reports confirm this and so a slight increse is in the forseeable future.
Silver Nelly
Pretty much like the bronze one, a low demand, and people may again add that little more for it, but can be seemingly hard to find. A stable price for this one I think.
Petal Patch:
The petal patch is a slightly desired item as many people like the idea of petal floors. I have also seen people offer a little more for this, but I do feel that because not many people can afford a petal floor that the value will remain around 3 hc.
Aloe Vera:
Not seen this one in the trades or shops that offen as of late, a few traders have offered just over its guide value and the reports confirm it, there for I feel that they will hold value and possibly rise slightly.
Three Piece Parasol Set:
Seen quite a lot of these selling recently, people are giving the guide value or just over as seen from reports and trade rooms. So I think this one will linger around the value for a while or possibly bump up to 3 hc.
Hologirl:
Not many of these I have seen being traded, but the ones I have seen are going for the guide price, tho reports say that some people are offering just under the guide. I feel that this item is a tricky one to predict, but due to the low demand I feel it may just slip a little.
Imperial Teleports:
Imps are quite traded and as I have seen do go usually for the guide of 2hc. Yet again this is supported by rare reports. An old classic that I think will hold value for a while.
Holoboy:
Holoboy is like hologirl atm, I have seen a few more traded than the girl, again going for the guide or just under. Reports confirm this and so I feel that the value will slip slightly.
Dragon:
Its a busy dragon this, demand is rising through casinos and trade rooms so people are playing considerablly more than the guide, this is confirmed by reports. A rise in value is inevitable in my opinion.
HC Sofa (or Club Sofa):
The common currency and the basis of rare trading, what can I say, very popular for most. People are offering just over or spot on the guide price tho I cant help to feel a hold in value for the moment as its a hard one to comment on.
Red Amber:
I personally havent seen many of these being traded so Im taking this one straight from the rare reports,
Red Amber - 1.2, seen 3 times ( up 0.2 )
Holiday Romance:
Not seen many of these traded, but are going for the guide at the moment. Reports confirm this and I feel that it will be there for a while.
Green Parasol:
Seen quite a few around, and as I said earlier, a slight growth in demand with it and being more affordable, I feel that it will raise slightly. Although people are still offering the guide (supported by reports), I feel it will be a safe investment.
Yellow Parasol:
Just like the green one, they are both alike. They both have the slight more demand, slightly more affordable. A safe price for now.
Study Desk:
Another one Ive seen most traded and in more demand. People are usually offering more than the guide price and is confirmed by reports and so I feel that it will increase very soon.
Blue Amber:
Like the red one although
ppl sell their red ambers 4 them so I feel the price of this one will struggle or remain ist value for a while.
Hammok:
Not seen many around, though when they have been they have been traded for with added norms, confirmed in reports, but I cant help to feel the value will hold for a while as there is a low demand.
Nordic:
Seen a few of these, the nordic is selling for the guide usually as seen in rare reports. Not much demand for them atm, so I feel that they will hold their value for the minute.
Lapland:
Christmas is approaching and there for people are starting to buy early for their christmas rooms. Demand is raising slowly and reports confirm that they are raiseing a little. Overall I think that with chirstmas round the corner it will raise soon.
Samovar:
Seen a few of these, they have risen recently from a .5 to a 1. People are offering the guide for them as seen in reports and so I think this will hold its value for a while.
Monolith:
Quite a good demand for this one, although recently in the catalouge (but only for 24 hours). People are paying over the guide atm as seen in reports so I feel a rise is comming soon.
Purple Parasol:
The purple para is slightly less popular in trades than the green and yellow, but people are offering an hc for it mostly when it is traded, so I feel that it will join the green and yellow value.
Smoke machine (Alien Artifact):
A hard one to judge, a lot like marmite, some like it and some hate it as confirmed in reports. I have no idea where it will go, although it has risen again recently so it may reach the 1 hc mark and then we will have to see what happens after.
Tubmaster:
Ive seen alot of these in trades and people are offering just over the value of the guide. Demand is rising a little and reports confirm it. I fell that it will reach the 1 hc mark soon.
Oil lamp:
I have seen few traded, but reports say that its demand is increasing in casinos and trades so the offers are increasing aswell. I can only say that it will curve up to hc value, but from there I dont know what will happen.
Red Pillow:
Another well traded item here, one of the most popular of the 0.5's and demand is increasing slightly. People are offering slightly more than the guide as reports say. I feel that this will rise gently up soon.
Snowglobe:
The snowglobe I feel will rise a bit because of christmas although not many people are tradeing for them now, but reports suggest this as a slight rise in offers.
Mocha:
A common 0.5 and is not in much demand, not many people report on 0.5's and so I feel it will stay that value for quite sometime.
Dice Master:
Quite a common 0.5 aswell, quite a few people offer the guide as Ive seen in trade rooms, mainly for casino's. I feel it will be here for sometime to come as it is a regular traded 0.5
Disco:
Not the most popular of 0.5's, but still taken as one for now, this can be seen in shops and trade rooms although they arent easy to sell.
Ice cream machine:
Quite popular 0.5, people still offer the guide for it atm although in most cases its HTS (hard to sell). I fell it will be here for sometime.
Oriental screen:
Not many seen and not very popular. People do take it as a 0.5 but I have seen it as an appetizer used in addition to other trades.
Marquee:
Not very popular either although people are offering slightly over the guide and taking it as a 0.5 again.
Single Imp:
Got to be the most unpopular rare imo (in my opinion) as hardly any habbos take them, but you do get a few who collect them for a teleporter room. My view is not to touch them with a brage pole.
Rare bare rugs:
Not too popular, I have seen a few traded, but as the Oriental screen these are used as appetizers in addition to other trades.
HC Plasto:
Last but not least, everyones favourite, HC Plasto. Nearly as bad as the single imp, hardly any demand for them, not usually traded and better off trying to use the chairs for normal trades. What else is there to say?
