Last night the real-estate agent came over to our house, there was an offer on our house. Its full price, but they want all the appliances and the outside furniture, and also its conditional on a home inspection, morguage approval and they need to come up with a down payment.
They look young (no kids) and they dont appear to have a lot of money. I hope it falls through, I want to atleast get to live there!
