It's a broodoo mask. u get it from killing the 'broodoos' in the tai bwo won village clean up thing. they all have different weakenesses when u kill them too. ;P

If i remember correctly its south part of Karamja, you have to go east from Karamja and then south.

they're in the green cicrle :) and you go to port sarim on ship and pay 30gp and you're on karamja then you go west to brimhaven or whatever it is then just south to the village.
