Both were fine but the pop up alway's took a while to load on my computer. The new way seem's to be pretty easy and just direct's back to the page you were previously viewing. I like it.. :)

I think we should make a sound pop up when we received a rep just like private messsage

You cant do that but you can install a hack that shows up where it shows how many new rep comments you have since you last logged on :). Ask Jin for that :).
