About a month or two ago I heard on the news that this winter is going to be the coldest since 1964 (I think it was). At first I didnt't belive it, but after yesterday morning! Well... lets just say, my mind is made up!
I awoke at around half past 7 in the morning (to get ready for work). And I was so cold, I literally got out of bed, put one foot on the floor and I started to shiver. I looked at the themometor I have in my room and it was 9 degrees!
After I was ready to set off to work, I opened the front door to frind frost on my cars windscreen. Had to get the lil' scrapey thingy out.
Now anyway, you may be thinking... Whats the moral of this story?
Well I tell thee' its this... I really do think this winter is going to be unbareably cold. I know we've heard it year after year... Weather men says, "LYKE OH MY GOLLY GOSH ITS GONA BE DA COLDEST WITNERZ FOR LYKE SEVENTY MILLION YEARSSZZZZ" and what do you know? It's a mild winter!
But seriosly, November so far has been colder then last December... so I think we are pretty much well on our way to the coldest winter for years, which means snow and lots of snow! :-D
Bit of advce: Tell the grandparents to get their flu jabs ;-) Gona' be a colden'! :eusa_danc

Lol. You guys are sissies.
-6 is nothing.
It's been -9 in the morning, and -13 and night, and that's hardly anything..
I went to school when it was -50 out with wind chill. My mother drove me straight up to the school door, so i just ran up the sidewalk and inside!

Actually... It might be too cold to have snow! And also because the o-zone layer is so fu.. messed up, it will still be warm on the outside layer but cold on the inside layer (the layer that we will all be feeling) so it will get all confused and probably not snow! Hopefully it does though, nothing better than waking up in the morning and your car is snowed in :8 !

I know wth :s
First of all, schools would be called off if it was -50, because your doors would be freezed shut!
Second of all, your mum couldnt drive you to the door, her engine wouldnt work because of the temperature!
Third of all, you wouldnt call -50 a wind chill!
Fourth of all, we aren't sisses, we just aren't used to this type of temperature where we live!:8

1. I'm a guy, you moron.
2. Do you morons not know what the hell wind chill is? It's the temperature added on with wind. It was -39 without wind chill.
3. No, the engine was not frozen, it was perfectly fine, and real warm..
4. Of course the doors wouldn't be frozen shut morons? Even if they were.. Hot water over them = melt, and you go inside.
5. I'm talking about celcius, not ferenheight..
6. Western Canada..
