I want something that'll function in a similar way to this:

Say this is an text-input box [_______]
When a user types their name, for example in the box, an clicks submit how would I make it so it appears in a sentance below?

Like "Hello there George".

Is there anyway this can be done?

I think you mean a Prompt? Something like:

Sygon, all you do is be nasty, all he said was 'is this what you're looking for' to try and help and you say, thats javascript dnt be smart, I mean what the HELL! Why don't u stop being smart and thinking your the best for once? you never help people it's just stuff like:
search google, u need a php script etcetc.

I mean how the hell does that help...whereas if someone posts the actual code to make it easier, you don't like it!

Yeah, sometimes people may be out of order but if people constantly ask for help with scripts and codes they'll never learn so he should search on Google to learn himself in which it sticks easier "/

Okay for 1. this is easy its just like a form, make the form all the options you want like name message and e-mail. and then make a "Handler" for this
in the handler it must send the data to a text document, (Make one in the cpanel" and for all this to work make sure in the form the action is "your-handler-here.php" and if you want the shoutbox and the data all on the one page just
