As All hobbas in all hotels have been debadged, there will be an award ceremony held for hobbas on all hotels. They will recieve a speacial badge to keep on their habbo as a thank you! Aww man. I dont think those hobbas can ever be replaced :(

You might find I know a bit more than you do, obviously.

Hobbas can't perm, true, but they can forward it onto mods/head hobba to extend the ban.

And as person above me said, it isn't normally a perm. (Except the really big stuff continiously done)
