Hmm help me!! when I upload a image (e.g my alts) its says to large is therer any way to make the files smaller!?

if u use paint, go to save as and then type in
(whatever u call it).jpg or if its a animation save it as .png

check out this animation!

u can also save animations as .gif as they normally do, oddly animations are smaller file size than most pictures?
