How long has it been that you cannot queue for diving unless you have tickets?

Huh? You can't queue in the diving line in any hotel unless you have tickets. So your answer is never.:)

Well I never could so it must have been a long time again this happened. Or perhaps there was a promotion where you got free tickets for a limited time?
